        First of all, you need to register an account. You can do it here. If you already have an account, you need to log in. You can do it here.
After you logged in, go to the main page and from there to appropriate page your content belongs to. We will assume that you want to post a template in this example. On the "Templates" page on the top-right you will see "Add Template" button. Click it. You got redirected to the page dedicated for adding new template to the website. Fill in all required information.
What you have to be aware of, while filling in the information:
- All fields with "*" sign are required.
- You have to upload a scheme image. Logo is optional. However, if you want to upload more images, you have to use outside sources. Simply put links in the description of your template. We are very sorry but we cannot host more images due to drive space limits.
- If you want to add a video, additional files, other versions or something similar, you'll have to stick with the same solution as with images.

        All skins are exclusive for donators, streamers or youtubers and moderators. If you want to get one, you can donate here. Just don't forget to add your nickname as a note to the transaction. If you forgot to do that or if you used a crypto transaction, you can write an email to contact@h3res.com with a proof that it was exactly you, who conducted a transaction. Skin for your account will be added within 48 hours after you sent an email.
What if you're a youtuber or a streamer? Write an email to contact@h3res.com with some proof that you do have a channel. We are sorry but we won't give out skins to everyone who just has a channel. So, minimum requirements are: at least 500 followers on Twitch OR 500 subscribers on YouTube.
Want to become a moderator? Write an email to contact@h3res.com and we will discuss it.

        Well, there are two possible reasons for such occurrence. It could be an error in database or the post was deleted by a moderator. Check your email that you used to register an account, you should be able to find a letter with description of the reason, why the post was banned.
What to do now? Well, if you already figured out what was the problem and if you're willing to fix the issue, you can ask any moderator to get the page back up or write an email to contact@h3res.com.

        There are two possible reasons for that:
- Your login + password information doesn't match the one we have in the date base. Maybe you forgot your password or a hacker got access to your account.
- Your account was banned by a moderator or completely deleted from the data base. It can only happen if you violated our rules.
What to do now? Write an email to contact@h3res.com and we will discuss the possibility of unbanning your account.

        Note: This guide describes process for HOTA. Experience with other versions may vary.
1. Go to the page of a template, you're interested in and click "Download" button.
2. An archive will be downloaded to your PC.
3. Use any achieving tool to open the file. You can use WinRAR, 7Z or any other tool.
4. Inside, you'll find either a text file or a folder with a text file.
5. Open a folder, where you installed your game.
6. There, open a folder, called "HotA_RMGTemplates".
7. Now, if the archive you've downloaded contains folder, just copy it into the folder you just opened. If the archive contains just a text file, create a folder with the same name as the template's and copy a text file into that new folder.
8. You're the greatest! Launch the game and you'll see a new template in the list of templates.

        First of all, make sure that you entered your email address correctly. If the address is correct, wait few more minutes, maybe there is just a slight delay. Check your spam and other folders. Still can't find the letter? Contact me directly, I will try to help you. Link
